Is there Destiny ? NO

by on Aug.26, 2011, under My views

If you believe in destiny then you must not read ahead. Everyone has his/her own thoughts just like few like color blue, few red, few black, etc. The choice depends from person to person. Similarly, those who don’t believe in destiny can justify the non-existence of such insipid thing like destiny but it won’t be understood by people who firmly believe in it.

As Said by Wilcox, Ella Wheeler

“There is no chance, no destiny, no fate, that can hinder or control the firm resolve of a determined soul.”

It is the determination alongside with many factors which determine the course of the events to occur in future. For example we might be able to predict it in future using super computers(might sound funny and impossible right now, just assume it for now) and the believers of destiny would say “This is our destiny”. Again the events occurring in future is because of out actions which will lead to it. If we can change it, it won’t happen. The supercomputer would generate another prediction for damn sure. This changing of future was cause of the “butterfly effect” in the actions which the super computer predicted to happen. Anyways, I deviated from the topic to explain it.

Destiny is because of what we do. Not because of what is to happen. iPhone came to existence coz Steve Jobs came with it. It did not drop form the sky or because of the destiny. It was because of the innovation and the hard work of Apple. It is the human mind which makes it a destiny when it finally happens.

Destiny does not control us, we control it :)

The Mahabaleshwar Trip

by on Aug.17, 2011, under Life Experiences

So there it was, long awaited and much needed trip. Three friends residing in different cities of India came together for Mahabaleshwar Trip.

Mahabaleshwar is a vast plateau, bound by valleys on all sides. It reaches a height of 1,438 m (4,718 ft) at its highest peak above sea level, known as Wilson/Sunrise Point. Below is a shot of us all three cheering up :)

On the eve of Independence day, we where at Pratapgad fort. One of the best way to celebrate our country’s freedom by making ourselves free :)
Pratapgad is located 15 kilometres from Poladpur and 22 kilometres from Mahabaleshwar, a popular hill-station in the area. This fort stands 1,080 metres above sea level.

Here is a shot on some waterfall we went. Don’t remember the name though. But the scenic beauty was awesome.

Considering the amount of fun we had on the trip, we should go out often and have frequent trips in future :)

Sun Signs are Stupid !

by on Aug.04, 2011, under My views

When you meet someone for the first time and ask you a question like “What’s your sign?” is really lame question. If you read daily horoscope newspaper as it is for entertainment purpose, then you should not read ahead.

I don’t believe in horoscope as it has no logic behind it. All those claiming their life works on horoscope is because of the gravity of wanting things to happen in that way as mentioned in their horoscope.

The stars are giant flaming orbs of gas, floating in a vacuum and a nuclear reaction going on which emits light. They dictate nothing. They determine nothing in your life. They do not care about you, or your girlfriend, or your job, or your sister’s wedding, or your car not starting, or whether you’re “the jealous type.” They do not get to decide whether you get along with Libras, or can’t stand Cancers, or are having a bad day. They don’t care about anything, because they are giant flaming orbs of gas, floating in a vacuum. Stars don’t even care about stars. If you’re lazy, or sleazy, or easily angered, it’s your own fault—not the galaxy’s.

Things happen coz of your/other actions, they don’t drop from sky. It is better to be positive and try your best rather than being sad and expecting things to drop from sky. Even if drops, it was a coincidence and there was a reason for it :)
